Art Tabu – Private Dining
Art Tabu Private Dining – where high-level gastronomy meets art
On selected evenings, Galleri Stubberup transforms into an intimate, Michelin-inspired dining experience — in the middle of art, in the middle of rawness.
It’s not a restaurant.
It’s not a concept.
It’s something we do when we feel like it — and when you bring just the right company.
Maximum 14 guests.
No fixed dates.
Call and ask.
Michael Pedersen — former owner and head chef of Restaurant Tabu in Aalborg, honored with Michelin recognition — moves into the gallery’s universe.
Here, he’s given complete freedom. No preset menus. No rules. Only creativity, seasonality, and razor-sharp instinct.
Just like the art on the walls: plenty of space, no frames, and always a little dangerously beautiful.
It will be urban.
It will be wild.
And it will be culinary art served where only visual art usually hangs.
The evening also includes a guided tour of the gallery and the option for an artist talk during the event.
If you want to experience a night that stimulates every sense — and we happen to feel like it — then call us!
That’s as organized as it gets.
Too much? Go find less.
With love,
Louise & “Miv”
